Nice Flat in Neukölln! 28 Feb— 10 March

Hello hello!

This flat is perfect for a little holiday in Berlin for 1 or 2 people (one big bed).

The flat very quiet and located in Neukölln very close to the canal. There are plenty of bars around as well as restaurants and everything. The connection with public transport is also around the corner (U7 –> 5 min).
The flat has one living room (which als has good working light), one kitchen and a smaller bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is good equipped and there is a bookshelf, including good english books and catalogs :)

There is washing machine, a dishwasher, internet, plants and nice neighbors!
No smoking inside please, otherwise everything as usual.

I will be in Marseille during that time so i am looking for someone to check in meanwhile.

Hallo hallo!

Perfekte kleine Wohnung für 1-2 Personen!

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in Neukölln, fast direkt am Kanal (1min) mit schneller Anbindung in die Stadt (U7 –> 5 min) und auch zu Bars, Restaurants und allem was Berlin ausmacht.
Es gibt ein Arbeits-/ Schlafzimmer (mit guten Arbeitslicht bei Bedarf), eine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Außerdem gibt es ein Bücherregel mit dem man sich die Zeit vertreiben kann.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, eine Spühlmaschine, Internet, Pflanzen und nette Nachbarn!
Bitte nicht drin rauchen, sonst ganz normaler Umgang :)

Ich verbringe die Zeit in Marsielle und suche jemanden der die Wohnung in der Zeit brauchen kann.
