Ich vermiete mein Apartment in Marzahn vom 1. Juli bis zum 30. September, eventuell verlängerbar bis inkl. Dezember 2024.
Die Kosten sind 800€ pro Monat alles inklusive (Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet), Kaution 1000€.
Erreichbar via Tram M8/16 Richtung Ahrensfelde (2 Min. Fußweg) oder S7 Mehrower Allee (13 Min Fußweg).
Tram M8 in 12 Minuten zu S Springpfuhl, die euch in 4 Stationen zu S Ostkreuz, in 5 zur Warschauer Straße, etc. bringt.
Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung besteht aus Eingangsbereich/Garderobe), Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, Hauptzimmer mit großem Matratzenfutonbett (Kopfhöhe verstellbar), und einer Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Reis, Gewürzen etc.
Lichter Blick durch große Fenster.
WiFi, Strom, Wasser, alles inklusive.

I'm renting out my Marzahn apartment in Lea-Grundig-Straße from July 1st until Sept. 30th for 800€ a month all inclusive.

Electricity, water, heating, WiFi included.
This cute little renovated Platte in the deep east of Berlin is on the 4th out of 6 floors.
Big windows make for a light, comfortable atmosphere.
1-room apartment with entrance area, main room with big mattrass bed on bed base, drawer and desk.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Kitchen room with fridge, cooking utensils, tableware and some grocery staples (rice, spices),

3 minutes walk to tram M8/18 to Central Station. 12 minutes walk to S7 city train (e.g. 20 min. from there to Ostkreuz) to Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße, Zoologischer Garten, Charlottenburg, the lakes, Potsdam.
3 minutes walk to supermarkets, pharmacy etc.

Rent is 800€ a month, all inclusive. Deposit (Kaution) 1000€.
There might be a possibility to extend Your stay for another 3 months until New Year 2025.
