Subletting mid-Oct to mid-Nov (flexible) in quiet street in Mitte central location

I'm taking a long trip outside of Berlin so you can fully use the apartment on your own. (I'll lock my bedroom to store personal stuff so you'll have one bedroom and full living space) Everything is included, you can use fully functioned kitchen and all facilities. The date is flexible if you don't mind me sharing the space with you before Oct 23rd, or after Nov.15th. Would be great if you could water my plants while I'm away.

The apartment is very well-cut, has sun light on both side, a balcony you can chill.
