40m2 flat near Görlitzer park, free from 16.12 till 05.01

Hello, I am subletting my flat for 3 weeks in December/January, from Monday 16.12.2024 till Sunday 05.01.2025

Really close to Görlitzer park in Kreuzberg

It's a nice 40 m2 flat with a balcony facing the inner garden in Eisenbahnstraße , a quiet street behind Lausitzer Platz, with bars, restaurants, a famous daily Market Hall and the park right outside the door, but not bothering you.
2 Metro stations and bus stops within 3-5 minutes by walk.

There is a Sleeping/living room + spacious hallway + separate kitchen with everything you need + bathroom with bathtub/shower and a washing machine. Fast Wifi is there as well.

The flat is a NON-SMOKING flat, you can smoke on the balcony though. There are families around here, so it is definitely NOT the place for a house party and it wouldn't be anyway ;)

Dogs are fine, Cats are not. There is a dog here sometimes, in case you are very allergic.


Again, it is available from Monday 16.12.2024 till Sunday 05.01.2025 ONLY, no long term! No Anmeldung!

The price for a single person for the 20 nights is 550 euro + 300 deposit.
The price for couples for the 20 nights is 600 euro + 300 deposit

Shorter periods can be arranged, but I would rather give it to someone for the whole period of 3 weeks.


The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, unless troubles and disasters occurred ;)
I'd rather have someone taking it for the whole period of course, but shorter stays could also be arranged.
