I’m looking for a person to take over my current apartment as I’m moving out.

•⁠ ⁠⁠price is 950 euros per month warm (including water bill and heating but without internet and electricity, approx. per month is in total around 975)
•⁠ ⁠⁠partially furnished (there is a bed, a wardrobe and a couch, the kitchen is also furnished and there are essentials like a vacuum cleaner etc), there is a storage room in the keller so you can put the stuff you don’t need and a little storage room at the apartment
•⁠ ⁠⁠with anmeldung, long term contract
•⁠ ⁠⁠located in Erich-Weinert-Straße with a M4 (Hackescher Markt-Falkenberg) closeby and SBahn Station Greifswalderstr. 5 mins away, there is a lot of shops in the area, gym, swimming pool, cafes etc.
