Ich bin aus beruflichen und privaten Gründen die allermeiste Zeit nicht in Berlin bin, nutzt du die Wohnung quasi alleine, ab und zu komme ich vorbei um die Post zu holen und nach den Pflanzen zu schauen.

Voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion.
Bad mit Wannenbad, Handtücher vorhanden.
Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, 200x160 Bett, Bettwäsche vorhanden.
Balkon am Schlafzimmer.
Im Wohnzimmer, das du in meiner Abwesenheit gerne auch benutzen kannst ist eine gemütliche Couch, ein Beamer und ein großer Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm.
Telekom DSL und WLAN ist vorhanden.
Vierter Stock Vorderhaus, kein Aufzug.

Die Vermietung ist mit Untermietvertrag und befristet bis maximal 31.12.2025

I am sub-letting the bedroom in my fully furnished 2-room apartment for a limited period. I'm not in Berlin most of the time for professional and private reasons, so you use the apartment more or less on your own, I come by occasionally to pick up the mail and check on the plants.
