Cosy Studio Apartment in Neukölln

I'm flying to Australia for my brother's wedding on Dec 22nd 2024 until January 26 2025. I'm looking for someone to sublet the flat for that month - flexible with the dates by a few days +/-

Location:
The flat is in the middle of Weserstrasse, Neukölln, inside the courtyard so away from the street noise. There are thaetres, bars, clubs, supermarkets, main bus and subway routes, parks, churches, restaurants and everything else you could want.

Kitchen:
Has an oven, glass-plarte stove, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machine and you can use and consume whatever you find in the kitchen.

Main room:
It is a single-room apartment (30 quadrametres) and has a high-bed with plenty of space underneath to hang clothes and store things away discreetly.

There is a fold out couch, a dining table, television, high-speed internet, yoga mat, bookshelf, etc.

Bathroom:
Washing machine and all the cleaning products you could dream of and a medicine cabinet.

Happy to talk further about dates and prices. There will be a security deposit of a few hundred euros in case anything gets damaged.
