Ich biete meine helle und gemütliche Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für knapp drei Monate an, vom ersten Mai bis zum zwanzigsten Juli. Die Wohnung ist hell, ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick über die Dächer von Berlin und auf die Akazienstraße. Vom Balkon aus lässt sich abends der Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Es handelt sich um ein neugebautes Dachgeschoss auf einem Altbau mit guter Isolierung.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen, hellen Wohnraum mit angrenzendem Balkon (Loggia) und offener Küche. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und bietet einen Blick auf den Innenhof.

Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich. Ein Mietvertrag wird erstellt und eine Anmeldung ist für den angegebenen Zeitraum möglich. Eine Kaution in Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten ist erforderlich.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fernseher (Smart TV), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Wassersprudler, Geschirr etc.
Die monatliche Miete beinhaltet Strom, Gas und Internet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebten Akazienkiez, in der Akazienstraße, umgeben von zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die U7 sowie zahlreiche Busverbindungen (M43, M48, M85, 106, 187, 204) sind weniger als fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste Verbindung zur S-Bahn ist die Julius-Leber-Brücke, die etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Auf Bild 5 ist eine Schreibtischecke abgebildet, diese wird für die Vermietung abgebaut und stattdessen steht dort ein Esstisch aus Massivholz mit zwei Stühlen.

Die Wohnung ist für ein bis zwei Personen geeignet.

It is a newly built attic apartment on top of an old building with good insulation.

The apartment consists of a large, bright living room with an adjoining balcony (loggia) and an open kitchen. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a bathtub, providing a view of the inner courtyard.
The neighbors are quiet and friendly. A rental agreement will be made, and registration is possible for the specified period. A security deposit of two months' rent is required.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable, including a washing machine, dishwasher, TV (smart TV), kettle, toaster, soda maker, kitchenware, etc. The monthly rent includes electricity, gas, and internet.

The apartment is located in the popular Akazienkiez neighborhood, on Akazienstraße, surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The U7 subway line, as well as several bus connections (M43, M48, M85, 106, 187, 204), are within a five-minute walking distance. The nearest S-Bahn connection is Julius-Leber-Brücke, which is about a seven-minute walk away.
