Lovely Apartment in the middle of Friedrichshain

I’m moving abroad for a 6 month internship and am looking for someone trustworthy to take care of my apartment during this time. The flat is fully furnished, and most of the items shown in the pictures will stay, including the couch, dining table, TV, bed, wardrobe, and more. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably.

The apartment is available from April 1, 2025, until September 30, 2025, with a possible extension until March 30, 2026. Please note that my landlord does not currently allow a second Anmeldung, so registration is not 100% possible.

I’m looking for a single tenant (no couples or shared living). If you’re interested, please introduce yourself and let me know if you have previous experience as a subtenant. Looking forward to meeting you!
