Our beloved little sanctury apartment will be empty for most of the winter.
The apartment is designed very individually and comfortably furnished. The studio/office area has 2 desks for co-working. The sleeping area is seperated by curtains and an oriental style canopy with fairy lights and plants. The bed has 2 good mattresses and adjustable slatted frames.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, gas stove and a newly renovated "luxury" toilet.
The neighbours are easy and all windows face the backyard. Therefore it is very quiet for the central location.
Top location between Görlitzer Park, Spree and Oberbaum Bridge.
Lots of late night shops, shops, restaurants, bars and green parks with water.
4 minutes walk to the subway Schlesisches Tor.
