Renting out my furnished 1 bedroom apartment (25qm) in center of Berlin close to Humboldt Forum at the spree canal. It’s located between Rotes Rathaus and Humboldt forum. Very close to Nikolai Quater, Berliner Dom and Gendarmenmarkt. In winter time you can see the TV Tower straight from the balcony. :)
The apartment has its own little kitchen, a balcony, a bed, desk and some shelves for storage and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower.

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Berlin at Spree canal. Very close to Nikolai Quater, Berliner Dom and Gendarmenmarkt, Alexanderplatz, TV tower. So you can literally walk there and chill. I use to take a bottle of wine, a book and a blanket to the Berliner Dom garden and just relax there.
