Furnished studio apartment in Neukölln (March 1-31)

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln möbliert im Zeitraum 01.-31. März 2025. Die Miete beträgt für den gesamten Zeitraum 1200€. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG des Vorderhauses gelegen und daher sehr hell, auch wenn das auf den Fotos nicht so schön rüberkommt, weil mein Handy zu alt ist und es draußen grau ist.

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich eigentlich um eine 2-Zimmerwohnung, doch das 2. Zimmer (mein Zimmer) ist nicht nutzbar und nicht auf den Bildern abgebildet. Ich selbst werde verreist sein, du hast die Wohnung also komplett für dich alleine (alles was du auf den Fotos siehst). Dein Schlafzimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, zusammen mit der Küche und dem geräumigen Bad stehen dir 50 qm zur Verfügung.

In deinem Zimmer steht ein geräumiges Bett von 160x200cm, ein Schreibtisch mit externem Bildschirm (perfekt Homeoffice oder wenn du etwas für die Uni machen musst), eine Kommode und ein TV, an den du deinen Laptop anschließen kannst (kein Kabelanschluss). Die Pflanzen freuen sich über eine/n liebevolle/n Roomie, der/die ihnen zwischendrin etwas zu trinken gibt.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher stelle ich dir zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist neben einem Hochtisch und einer EBK mit einer Spülmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Außerdem findest du hier Mixer, Reiskocher, Airfryer und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das große Wannenbad verfügt über große Fenster, die viel Licht spenden, und eine Waschmaschine (der Deckel rostet leider etwas, aber sie funktioniert sehr gut.

I am renting out my furnished studio apartment in Neukölln from March 1st to March 31st, 2025. The rent for the entire period is €1200. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the front building, making it very bright, even if the photos don’t quite show it because my phone is old and the weather was gray when I took them.

Technically, it’s a two-room apartment, but the second room (my room) is not accessible and is not shown in the pictures. I will be traveling during this time, so you’ll have the apartment entirely to yourself (everything you see in the photos). Your bedroom is about 20 sqm, and together with the kitchen and the spacious bathroom, you’ll have a total of 50 sqm of living space.

Your room is furnished with a spacious 160x200 cm bed, a desk with an external monitor (perfect for home office or studying), a dresser, and a TV to which you can connect your laptop (no cable TV). The plants would love a caring roommate who gives them a bit of water from time to time.

I will provide you with bed linen and towels. The kitchen has a high table, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a large fridge. You’ll also find a blender, a rice cooker, an air-fryer and a coffee machine. The large bathroom with a bathtub has big windows that let in plenty of light and includes a washing machine (the lid has some rust, unfortunately, but it works perfectly fine).
