Short-Term Sublet (Jan. 15 – Feb. 10, 2025): 1 room apartment with kitchen-living-room in Neukölln

Charming, furnished, ground floor apartment in Neukölln will be for sublet for 25 nights from
Jan. 15 (Wed.) until Feb. 10 (Thurs.), 2025.

The apartment is built in Jan 2020. Located just outside of the Ringbahn in Neukölln, easy access to central Berlin. Takes about 7 min. walk to S-/UBahn Hermannstraße station, and there's a bus station just in front of the apartment. Ground floor, quiet and sunny. Please prove that you have a Haftpflichversicherung (liability insurance) that can cover damages in the apartment, or please be ready with deposit (300€ Kaution). This price is for one person, extra person will cost 25€/night for each person.

Overview:
The apartment has 2 rooms and a bathroom in between. Both of the 2 rooms have ca. 20 square meters each. WiFi (450MBS) is suitable for home office.

Kitchen living room:
The kitchen living room has mostly everything necessary to cook and live. You can get out onto terrace from the windows, in which I have planted some veggies there this year. A fence is installed around the terrace recently. You can also have some nice picnic coffee time at the terrace.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a sink, a shower, and a washing machine.

Bedroom:
There is one bed and a wardrobe. There will be some bedsheets available. If you need separate bed, please let me know.
