Hi, I transfer my room in the student house Tscharnergut, it is fully furnished and has a fast internet connection. Everything is OK with the room and also you will be surrounded by students in a good atmosphere and enjoy the parties.
The student house Tscharnergut is a 20 story building in the west of Bern. The whole building has been renovated in 2011.
The rooms are fully furnished including bed, bed linen, pillow, night table, desk, chair, book case. Each room has a wash basin and a large window. Blanket, pillow case and bed linen are cleaned.
On each floor you will find toilets and showers. In the reception area on the ground floor daily newspapers are available. In the basement there are washing machines, bicycle room, a music room with piano and a pool table. Twenty parking lots are available in front of the building.
A five minute walk and a 5 minute rail trip take you to the city center. The university can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. The admin office of the building is situated at the ground floor entrance. There are 148 furnished rooms in this building, 26 of which are double rooms or studios. Several parking lots and a covered car park are available.
I remark that the room is not mine, I am transfering the contract since I have to comeback to my country before my period finished. All the paymanents and papers will be signed in the administration office on the first floor of this building.
