My name is Bhanu Prasad Nelipudi, and I am a prospective student starting my studies at Hochschule Bremen, Campus Airportstadt: ZIMT, on October 1st, 2024. I am looking for a long-term accommodation, ideally for at least one year. Here are my preferences and requirements:

Type of Accommodation: I am open to renting a room in a shared apartment (WG), a studio, or a small apartment.
Location: Preferably close to Hochschule Bremen Campus Airportstadt or well-connected by public transportation.
Move-In Date: October 1st, 2024.
Budget: My budget is flexible, but I would prefer to keep the rent under 500euros per month, including utilities.
Room Requirements: A furnished room with a bed, desk, and storage space would be ideal. Access to a reliable internet connection is essential for my studies.
