The room is exactly as described on the website but the pictures that I took show how I rearranged the room for it to appear more spacious and comfortable, all the furnishing can be rearranged easily. The bed comes with a storage under the mattress, ideal for saving your traveling luggage and other stuff. The ceramic hobs work perfectly, as well as the sink and fridge. All items in the bathroom work perfectly as well, this room or floor always has access to water temperature regulation, there's also a vent and you can regulate the temperature of your bathroom's floor. If at any point or circumstance you have any sort of issue with the room, you can send a request or notify it via the Yugo app for tenants and it will be immediately solved. There's limited free WIFI access for more than one device in all areas. You can have visitors in your own private space, which is the apartment, as well as the common areas, as long as you are with them.

The rent includes access to all the common areas: Common room, study room, game room, gym, TV lounge, movie room, communal kitchen and a rooftop terrace. From personal experience, I can guarantee everyone is nice and friendly, so you will probably meet new people from different cultures and make friends. It is an ideal place for international students. There are a lot of activities organised by the administration, which usually take place in the main common room.
