It is a 1-room apartment with a small functional kitchen and bathroom. It has also a balcony looking over to the city center from the 7th floor. The whole apartment is furnished with the necessities.

The building is right behind the Hauptbahnhof Nord tram station. Super markets and other necessary shops are all 2-5 mins walking distance.

The breakup of the costs:
Power + Internet = 60+20 Euros/month
Deposit = 750 Euros

The deposit will be returned within 1 week of the key return if all the furnitures are in place and the electricity usage is not exceptionally high.
The electricity meter picture will be taken while key handover. The electricity contract can be provided if asked for.

A personal or online viewing can be arranged. To confirm the sublet, I would charge 100 Euros booking (this is to avoid bad experience).

City registration is possible, the house administration would be informed about the sublet and would issue the sublet a letter.
