The house is located at an extremely convenient location. There is a tram and a bus station right outside the building. 7 minutes walking distance and you will find REWE, LIDL, TEDI, DEICHMANN at Straßburger platz (you can use the tram also which takes 1 minute).

Sparkaße is also at the walking distance (5 minutes walk)

The room has big windows which makes the room perfect and bright all day! The view is also breathtaking on a rainy day as well as on a sunny day with beautiful sunset views.

The apartment has everything you need. A wardrobe, a bed, a side table, a sofa, a desk and a chair, a mirror, dinning table for two which can be extended, a fridge, attached kitchen with enough storage, attached washroom. The plus point of this room is that it is a corner room with the most beautiful view from big windows. The room has a beautiful corner where you can sit and work peacefully or you can just sit on the sofa and chill while enjoying the view with a cup of coffee.

There is washing machine area in the building, bicycle storage area and it is a very safe building.
