Der Supermarkt Penny liegt im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes, die Straßenbahn ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und 7 Minuten zu Fuß zum S-Bahnhof Galluswarte.

Rossmann ist auch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und für ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie Rewe, Aldi und Lidl.

Der Vertrag ist ein Jahr, und Sie können eine Verlängerung am Ende des Vertrags. Entweder Studenten oder Nicht-Schüler könnten diesen Ort mieten.
Die Kaution beträgt 2.160 Euro und dies wird direkt an die Wohnungsgesellschaft übergeben.

Ein neuer Vertrag zwischen Ihnen und The Fizz wird erstellt, damit Sie alle Preise doppelt überprüfen können. Auch können Sie die Anmeldung in diesem neuen Vertrag für eine Person tun.

Eine Community-Küche, Kino und Dachfläche sind kostenlos zu benutzen. Der Hausleiter beantwortet auch alle Fragen auf eine schnelle Weise.

The supermarket Penny is downstairs of the building, the tram is 2-min walk to arrive, and 7 mins to walk to the S-Bahn Station Galluswarte.

Rossmann is also within 2-min walk, and for around 7-min walk you can arrive Rewe, Aldi and Lidl.

The contract is one year, and you can make an extension at the end of the contract. Either students or non-students could rent this place.
Deposit is 2,160 Euro, and this will be directly handed to the apartment company.

A new contract between you and The Fizz will be created, so you could double check all the prices. Also, you can do the Anmeldung within this new contract for one person.

A community-kitchen, movie theater and rooftop space are free to use. The house manager also replies all the questions in a prompt manner.
