I would like to sublet my 1 room apartment in Nordend-Ost for 2--3 months. The apartment is very well located only 2 mins walk from Merianplatz U4, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. You can reach everything on foot or by bike. There is a quiet balcony facing the backyard where you can
relax.
The apartment is furnished (table, chairs, small sofa, coffe table, dresser, big wardrobe, bed), has wasching machine in the fitted kitchen. There is also a bicycle cellar.
The rent includes all the fees: electricity, gas, water and internet.
2 weeks minimum or 35 euro per day.
PS. some of the photos were taken right after moving in, now there is a blue sofa, brown carpet, no arrangement on the balcony and no personal stuff, you need your own bed linen and duvet

The flat is in an old building so it is an old style;) gas heating system in the room and electric heater in the bathroom
