Ich suche einen neuen Langzeitmieter für meine voll möblierte 1 Zimmerwohnung (Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und einen großen Balkon mit Blick). Es ist sonnig, sauber und hat eine frische, minimale Atmosphäre.

Hinweis: Tisch und Stuhl sind von den Fotos verschieden. Keine Waschmaschine, aber eine Wäscherei ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Verfügbar: Ideal ab dem 1. Mai (oder früher) – Einzugdatum hängt von der Zustimmung des Vermieters ab.

Anzeigen: Wird alle an einem Tag arrangiert, höchstwahrscheinlich an einem Wochenende (ich komme aus Hamburg nur dafür).
