Hello everyone,
Since im moving in with my partner in January Im now looking for someone who I can transfer my contract to.
My contract would be from 1st of January to 30th of September 2025.
The rent is 799 euros. Its important to mention that this is an all-inclusive rent which includes heating, water and internet aswell as the furniture which includes a little kitchen. (Also I will be giving some stuff away that I dont need anymore and can be taken by you for free or I will get rid of them)
Its important that you are enrolled as a student (Erasmus,uni student in ffm) to be able to live in this student housing

The place has
- community lobby to hang out or Study,
- gaming room with all kinda consoles
- community kitchen
- gym
- cinemaroom
- laundryplace with washing machines and dryers.
My apartment especially is on the ground floor and has a little balcony.
This place is also close to several grocery stores like Penny,Aldi and Lidl and also 10 min walk to the next subway station (Riedwiese Mertonviertel U2) and a Bus stop right next to it (Emil von Behring Straße).
