One room furnished apartment - short term sublet

Beautiful and recently renovated one room apartment in Lokstedt. The apartment is rented fully furnished - you only need to bring your personal belongings.
The apartment has one room where you will find the kitchen (including dishwasher), a table/desk, a sofa bed and the bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and the washing machine is located in the basement of the building, as well as a drying room and a dryer (you will need to pay for the use of the washing machine and dryer with 50 cent coins).

I will store my clothes and personal belongings so that you have room for your stuff.

I take a lot of care of the apartment and will need you to do the same :) - So unfortunately this means no parties and no pets.

As you can see in the pictures, I have a few plants that I like very much that need to be watered from time to time, so I would kindly ask you to do that while you are living there. These plants are easy though ;) They are used to very little watering.
