1-Zimmer Apartment Zwischenmiete (07.03-30.06)

Hey everyone! I wanted to hop on here quickly and let you guys know that I have thankfully concluded my master studies earlier than predicted and I wanted to empty out my apartment by the 7th of March since I will be out of HH. However I am subletting this apartment and my tenant won’t make me leave unless I find someone else to substitute me here until the 30th of June or else I will be made to pay the rent until the end of my contract.
If anyone is looking for a place to stay just let me know. The address of the apartment is in Tonndorf. It might sound far away from the city center but the location is surrounded by 3 bus stops that take you to the U1 Wandsbek Markt station in 10 minutes and there’s a big REWE center just a 2 min walk from the house.
