Our rent is an all-in rent. The flat-rate ancillary costs include: Water, hot water, heating, electricity, repair and maintenance work on the gray and green areas, facility manager, winter service, cleaning of communal areas, garbage, Internet/WLAN, TV connection, etc.
Note: The radio and television fee (formerly GEZ) is not included, as this is a personal contribution.
