The apartment includes a large kitchen, a living area with an open fireplace, a loggia with castle views, and an additional shared balcony facing the castle. There is also a bright bathroom with natural light.

This is a non-smoking household and intended as a quiet, cozy retreat. No additional roommates are allowed. A respectful and considerate living environment is important to me.

You would be sharing the apartment with a physician who works at the clinic but is frequently away for a week at a time due to a research project. This could be a great alternative to having your own apartment if you're looking for a temporary place to stay. As in the weeks of clinics, your flatmate is workig in shift system, the apartment is not ideal for home office use.

The room is available for a short-term lease of 2–4 months (with a flexible start date), with the possibility of extension.
