The flat is fully furnished:

1 0G with a tiny green balcony looking towards the inner yard which means, it is very calm and peaceful all year long while being at the heart of the city center. Beside is a thousand-year-old church.
Heumarkt station is literally 50 meters from the house. Line 5, 1, 7, and 9 are all there.
WiFi is not included in the cost but could use free city Wi-Fi from city of Cologne.
!!!There is a water stain on the ceiling of the toilet. A worker will need to come by to carry out repairs at some point. You should be okay with that and thanks for understanding!!!
One thing to keep in mind: you would need to water my plants while I am gone (few bamboos).
