I'm Nhu but I often go by MAY. I'm a Vietnamese citizen. 5 years ago, I moved to United States for education and working as an auditor. This experience has shaped most of who I am today.

I'm relocating to Germany for my work in late August. I'm excited to explore Europe in general and a new chapter of my life. I will work as an Audit Assistant for a Big 4 Accounting firm.

As a tenant:
- I pay rent on time. Stable finance. In US, I have very good credit score.

As your flatmate:
- I'm clean and tidy
- I can make you Vietnamese and Korean food. My specialty is pancakes, either savory or sweet, breakfast or dinner, Vietnamese or Korean or Western styles. I can make them all.
- I don't make loud noise
- I work hybrid

I'm looking for an one-bedroom apartment or a studio with
- Certificate of residence
- Renovated appliances
- Close to train station
- Quiet neighborhood
- Balcony is a plus

I'm not a German citizen but I have job offer, saving accounts, and good credit score when I was residing in USA.
