I don’t smoke, party or get drunk anywhere near my accommodation. I’m looking for a place near my university, 10 Nikolas Str., or the Hausbanhof for easy traveling, and also includes a small kitchen too because I cook everyday.

I’m currently staying at The Hood, 10 Berliner Str., 04105 Leipzig, and my current rental payment is €538 / month. I still able to pay my rent monthly on-time (financed by my parents). But I want to have more savings and maybe able to meet new and kind people/ roomates, that’s why I’m searching for a new place to stay for long-term (at least 1 to 2 years).
