Rent: 650€/month (incl. condominium + Internet) + 2 months in advance (1 deposit e 1 month early*)
Separate costs: water, electricity, gas (~70€/month)
*Deposit will be delivered when you return the keys if nothing is damaged or missing; the early payment is for the last month before your departure.
