Looking for a studio apartment or 1 room apartment near OVGU University

Hello, I'm Prajwal Shivaji Ghalmepatil. I'm starting my masters in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at OVGU Magdeburg in Winter Semester 2024. I am coming to Germany on the 1st October 2024 and looking for a long term accommodation. I am an Indian citizen. I am a non-smoker and also I don't drink. But if I'm sharing a room with any of those types of Person I don't have any problem with them. I am non vegetarian so I often eat meat. Also I often like to cook so I will be cooking my food by myself. I like cleanliness so I would prefer to keep my room or apartment clean. I like to make friends and also I'm hoping to Explore Germany. I have different types of Hobbies Like Reading Cycling playing Volleyball. Now due to my studies I will be in the room most of the time so I will prefer a silent atmosphere and friendly roommate. I prefer to have a friendly Landlord with whom I can speak freely.
