1-Zimmer-Wohnung (or studio) in Mainz (near JGU) max. 500 warm

Hello everyone,

This is Caroline, 22 years old and I'll be studying English Literature in JGU. I'm currently looking for a 1-room apartment or a quiet shared apartment from around early september 2025 for long term stay.

I originally come from Egypt, Definitely a lover of nature: plants, animals and seas. In my free time I like to do aome yoga, explore new places and meet up with friends.

I would describe myself as an organised and very tidy tenant for whom cleanliness is very essential.

What I need is a fully furnished place with all the essentias, but I'm also open if a piece or two is missing! A balcony and a fitted kitchen would be great, but not a must.
