Room Type: Seeking a direct rental/nachmieter single room or shared WG in a well-lit space with basic furnishings (bed, desk, wardrobe).
Location: Ideally located near public transportation for easy access to school or the city center.
Environment: Safe neighborhood with essential amenities nearby.
Rent: Reasonable budget, with a preference for all-inclusive rent (warm rent). Both warm rent and cold rent are acceptable as long as utilities (water, electricity, internet) are clearly itemized.

I will be the sole occupant and maintain a regular schedule, prioritizing cleanliness and order. I do not host overnight guests and do not throw loud parties, and I always take care of my share of cleaning.
