Cozy one-room flat in the city center

The one-room apartment is in the beautiful Glockenbachviertel, close to the Isar, and sorrounded by nice coffee places and restaurants. The flat is in the 6th floor (attic) with elevator. It comes with new furniture, a separate kitchennette with fridge, utensils, kettle, coffee machine, no oven!, and a separate new bathroom with bathtub. A washing machine and dryer are also available. I will be working abroad for two weeks, but can be extended a bit. Registration is not possible.
I am looking for someone single, solo traveler, who comes to Munich for a short-term stay, female preferable, clean, non-smoker, organised, and respectful with the neighbors, no parties or visitors are permitted! This is a cute small flat for one. Note that no visitor is allowed to come to the flat during the day and/or stay over the night. No linen can be provided, sorry.
