Studioappartement (sehr zentral im Museumsquartier/Maxvorstadt) für fünf Wochen

Ich bin für fünfeinhalb Wochen im Ausland unterwegs und biete in dieser Zeit mein Studio-Appartement zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung ist vom 26. Februar bis 5. April frei, aber was die genaue Mietdauer angeht bin ich flexibel. Ein Beginn der Miete ein paar Tage später oder Ende der Miete ein paar Tage früher wäre möglich.

Wohnung:

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und vollständig ausgestattet (Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank, Bad mit Dusche/WC). Die Wohnung ist mit einer großen Fensterfront schön hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch und ein Bett (140x200 cm). Man kann direkt einziehen, ohne etwas mitzubringen – ich werde meine privaten Sachen wegräumen, aber Matratze/Bett mit Bettwäsche, Kochgeschirr (mehrere Töpfe und Pfannen) und Küchenutensilien etc. gerne in der Wohnung zur Benutzung lassen. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar in der Sonne sitzen kann. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung im Keller für 2 Euro (Waschen) und 1 Euro (Trocknen) nutzbar. Einen Fahrradabstellplatz gibt es im Innenhof.

Lage:

Die Lage ist wirklich exzellent mitten im Museumsquartier direkt neben den Pinakotheken. Direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Karolinenplatz (Linien 27 und 28) gelegen, ist die Wohnung fußläufig eine Minute zur Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film, fünf Minuten zum Innenstadtcampus der TUM und 10 Minuten zum Hauptcampus der LMU sowie der Hochschule München. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Königsplatz ist sieben Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Stachus und Odeonsplatz jeweils 12 Minuten. In 15 Minuten ist man zum Hauptbahnhof gelaufen oder man nimmt die Buslinie 54/64 oder 100, die eine Minute zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt halten.

I am traveling abroad for five and a half weeks and am offering my studio apartment for short-term rent during this time. The apartment is available from February 26 to April 5, but I am flexible about the exact rental period. Starting the rent a few days later or ending the rent a few days earlier would be possible.

There is a bicycle parking space in the inner courtyard.

The location is really excellent in the middle of the Museumsquartier right next to the Pinakotheken. Located directly at the Karolinenplatz tram stop (lines 27 and 28), the apartment is a one-minute walk to the University of Television and Film, five minutes to the TUM city center campus and 10 minutes to the LMU main campus and the Munich University of Applied Sciences. The Königsplatz U-Bahn station is a seven-minute walk away, while Stachus and Odeonsplatz are both 12 minutes away. You can walk to the Central Station in 15 minutes or take bus number 54/64 or 100, which stop a minute's walk from the apartment.
