Fully furnished business loft. The pictures are accurate and hopefully, you get a good feeling of the loft. It is compact and is facing the north side of Munich. You can actually see St. Peter's church from the window. The apartment can be accessed by a new elevator. The apartment has a small kitchenette area as shown in the pictures. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The apartment includes all the bills and high-speed internet. 200 M/bits.
Laundry and dryer are available in the basement for 3/2.5€.
I am moving to Paris for a temporary business project and will return next year between April - July. I am flexible here but 6 months would be the minimum term.
My sister lives in Munich and has another key in case something happens or you need a local contact.
The apartment is SUPER close to the Central Station from where you can access basically anything and go everywhere in no time. The apartment is ideal for consultants and other agile people that need a good location and short ways to railway and airport. The airport train also stops at Central Station and takes around 40min (the faster one) to the Munich Airport.
The apartment is north of the Central Station and Maxvorstadt and great restaurants and bars are literally only a short walk away.
