Ich suche jemanden, der meine Schlafsäle in Olympia bis Ende Mai unterstellt, da ich nicht in der Lage bin, sofort aus meinem jetzigen Platz zu ziehen. Die vollständige Adresse ist Helene-Mayer-Ring 7, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Olympiazentrum U3 entfernt.

Es ist ein privates Zimmer im 4. Stock eines der Hochhäuser in Olympia, und umfasst eine persönliche Küche, Bad und WC. Die monatliche Miete beträgt €387, alle Versorgungseinheiten enthalten. Je nach Einzugsdatum wird ein proportionaler Betrag der Miete im April hinzugefügt. Kaution ist 200€, wird zurückgegeben, wenn es keinen Schaden in der Wohnung.

Der Mieter muss Student in München sein.

I’m looking someone to sublet my dorm room in Olympia until the end of May, as I’m unable to move out of my current place immediately. The full address is Helene-Mayer-Ring 7, just a 5-minute walk from the U3 Olympiazentrum station.

It’s a private room located on the 4th floor of one of the high-rise buildings in Olympia, and includes a personal kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The monthly rent is €387, all utilities included. Depending on the move-in date, a proportional amount of April’s rent will be added. Deposit is 200€, will be given back if there is no harm in the apartment.

The tenant must be a student in München.
