Official & already communicated to the Hausverwaltung. We will provide Wohnungsgeberbestätigung. So, you can register at the KVR.

29 m2. 1-2 minutes walking distance from Petuelring U-Bahn station. 1-minute walking distance from BMW Museum. Price: 1,190 € for 1 person & 1,290 € for 2 persons. I live here on my own but it’s also suitable for young couples.

The full rent includes Rent, Untermietezuschlag, Nebenkosten, water, electricity, heating, internet, and Rundfunkbeitrag. Also, it includes all my furniture, curtains, oven and fridge.

It also includes things such as a drier for clothes, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, a blender, a rice cooker, plates, glasses, cups, and cutting boards, in case you don’t have your own. There are many things in the apartment that I can leave for you while living in the apartment.

But you can buy your own washing machine and install it in the basement in a room for which you will get your own key.

Every April, from the 1st of April, the rent is 30 € more because I pay Staffelmiete to the house management.

As it’s an official sublet, we will follow the official process of subletting as well. You will need to provide Shufa Auskunft and work contract and a 3-month salary slip that shows that you can afford to pay the rent. I’ll not keep it but I have to see it. I also had to show my work contract and 3-month salary slip to the Hausverwaltung when I got the apartment.

If possible, I would like to find someone or a suitable couple asap. I can provide the contract right away and also Hausverwaltung can give you the document (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung)you need to register at KFR right away.
