dancer searching for an apartment in Munich

Hello, my name is Francesco and I’m 24.
I’m originally Italian and I’m a professional dancer. I’ll be joining the dance ensemble of Staatstheater Am Gartnerplatz in September so I’m looking for an apartment in Munich starting from mid of August possibly.
I’m a very clean and quiet person and never had issues with neighbours, also I’ve been already living in Germany for about 3 years in Mainz.
I’m looking for something not too far from the Theater but I’m open for different areas even if not too close to the city center and with 1.5/2 rooms but also just a 1 room apartment would be more than fine,my budget is between 800€ and 1000€.
At the moment I’m searching through many websites and applications but so far I haven’t found anything that could fit my needs so I thought about writing something here in case someone can help me!
