Looking for an appartement for two-month stay

Hello! I am looking for a place for my friend and I. He is visiting me for two months and my current flat doesn’t allow visitors to stay for more than two weeks. I’m currently living in a 2er-Frauen-WG in Freising, near the train station. Thus, it’s also possible to swap the place, if you’d like to experiencing life in the cute little town.

I am a PhD student with work contract and I can provide bank document promising that I can afford the place. My friend and I are friendly and organized. We will for sure take care of the apartment as if it’s our own. Also, we are happy to look after your plants. For leisure, we enjoy going to the gym and bouldering very much. We also love all kinds of cuisines and going different restaurants is one of our favorite things to do.

The exact time of stay is flexible, but potentially from May to early July. It would also be super nice if the sublet can be extended to a rent without time limit.
