Furnished studio in Pasing *October - January*

Hi everyone! I am subletting my fully furnished studio while I am away from October until end of January.
A friend of mine who was going to stay here unfortunately had change of plans, so the studio is available right away.
I will be happy to show you the space in person or via a video call.

*Location*
The private studio / micro apartment is located in a new build apartment complex in Pasing, a 12 minutes walk from the S Bahn station. From there you have a quick link to the city centre or the airport, and alternatively Tram 19 stops right outside the house and also goes to the centre. There is a number of small shops and fast food places close to the building, and a big shopping centre - Pasing Arcaden - with everything from Aldi to H&M, dm etc. - is a 10 minute walk away. There is an elevator in the building.

*The space*
Is a small but inviting, brand new and fully furnished studio. In the main room there is a double bed with linens provided, a TV, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A fully equipped kitchenette with a cooking plate, microwave and fridge is there as well. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower.
You are very welcome to use everything in the apartment, and I will leave you plenty of space for your clothing etc.
I would just ask you to water my one plant + please no smoking inside :)
