Hello alltogether,

this small, nice, bright and calm flat in the 4th floor is to rent for some days during the oktoberfest weeks.
Usually it is occupied by one person, there would be enough space for 2 persons for a shorter time.
It is nice with morning sun, 3fold public traffic options, walking distance to Oktoberfest about 35 Min /15 min via foot and public transport, calm surroundings and friendly neighbourhood.

There is evrything you need for feeling just at home, eating, drinking, sleeping, planning, having a shower at this place, just missing towels. Shops to buy food & stuff are some closeby, Eco wash shop and pharmacy are 250 m over the street. Everything of food and drinks you can find in the flat you may use, also some small ingredients for cooking etc.

You may rent it after 23th, early evning, till 27th, early evning, after sending a written declaration of well behaviour regarding room hardware and neighbourhood (at night :)
After we did a small contract, you ought to send money or you can give it in cash at key transmission.
You can have the key via personal transmission on monday 23th of sept. after 3 p.m., helpwise through an authorised person. You got to give back the key into the post box in the building with renters name the latest on friday evning (when renter will return back in person).
If at the end of your stay you would be so smart an clean it (floor with mashine, bathroom with water and soap utensils, which are at the place), you can spare 50 Eur, so the price will be 280,- alltogether.
