Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für die nächste 6 Monaten evtl. länger.  Es handelt sich um eine voll möblierte Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Tageslicht da die meisten Fenster nach Süden orientiert sind. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine separate Küche (inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine) und Bad mit Badewanne (inkl. Waschmaschine), und sie befindet sich in einer Sackgasse (daher hat man fast keinen Straßenlärm) und sie ist nur einen Katzensprung von Moosach S/U/Tram-Bhf entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt's zahlreiche Spaziergangs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viel grün-- hier kann man wohl fühlen.

I'm making my fully furnished studio apartment available for the next 6 months and possibly longer.  It's located just a couple minutes from Moosach station (S/U/Tram/Bus), which offers easy and frequent connections to the city center and MUC airport.

Very light apartment; top floor with most windows facing the South therefore receiving plentiful sunlight.
Separate, fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher; bathroom with bath tub/shower and washing machine.  The main room is L-shaped and has a bed, work desk, dresser and wardrobe, flat screen TV and dining table among other things.

Availability: the exact move in date is somewhat flexible but should be by the March 1st at the latest.

Miete/Rent: 1100Eur all included (all utilities, wireless internet service, Rundfunkbeitrag, etc.)
Kaution/Security Deposit: 1500Eur
Keine Provision / Privately owned, no agency fees or anything of the sort
