I am looking for a new tenant for a cozy 1-room apartment at Hallesche Straße 63, right across from the HS Nordhausen.
The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchenette with a stove including an oven, a sink, a refrigerator and cupboards for storing the crockery, for example.
Furthermore, the apartment has a nice big balcony.
ALL furniture (bed, wardrobe, table, small closet, kitchen, balcony table + chair) can be taken over.
The rental costs are based on 550€ and the heating costs are included.
A one-off deposit of 500 euros is due at the beginning of the rental period.
It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to walk to public transport and it takes about 20 - 25 minutes to walk to the city center.
The university is literally just a stone's throw away. Walk across the street and you're on campus. ;)
With the bus line, which runs directly on campus, you can also get to the city center.
The shops Lidl, Netto and a drinks market are also nearby.
In the backyard of the house are the residents' parking spaces and diagonally behind them is a green area, for example to relax in summer, to have a barbecue with friends, etc. ...
