Subleasing a one-room flat (3 months/ no registration)

I am subleasing my one-bedroom apartment at St. Leonhard Studenten in Rothenburger Straße from Jan 1 with the possibility of takeover (for students).

The room is newly painted and furnished. You will find all kitchenware and appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, sandwich maker, etc. You will also find an iron and a fan for hot days.

The building is quite new (built in 2005) and has convenient facilities (elevator, washing machines, dryers, parking lot). Norma and Rossmann are just downstairs and Kaufland is a 4-minute walk.

It is a 3-minute walk to the Ubahn station and the city center is 2 stops away.
