Hi everyone!
The dorm is located in a university area in Shelmenwasen, away from the noise, having a garden and paths nearby to walk quietly before or after a long day, there is a shopping area, 15 min walk where you can find Edeka, dm, and other shops, the bus stop is less than 10 min and the train is 20 min from the dorm, Shelmenwasen is 15 min by bus from the center and ZOB, Nurtingen, the parking lot is 5 min and the bicycle parking is 2 min.

The room is very quiet, cozy, pretty and has natural lighting due to its large window and view. My roommate is a great person, very clean and responsible, so we value respect and cleanliness a lot (shared bathroom).

The kitchen is also shared with other students, it is important to follow the rules and cleaning regulations, but I am sure you will meet nice people from different countries and have very good conversations.

There is an additional cost (40 euros) for a tax and recharging the card for the use of the laundry, which I will ask you to take good care of along with the keys.Don't worry about dishes or pans or bed linen, since I have all of them, I will only ask you to take care of them too.
