Dear house owner,
I am Rumitkumar Maniya and looking house from 01.10.2023 to 30.05.2023. I am Indian and 23 years old. I am student and study process safety and environmental engineering at otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. I required room for my internship as well as master thesis. I will be at office for full time from monday to friday. I love to explore new things on weekends. I don't consume alcohol. I am fully vegetarian but there is no issue for other non vegitarian. I can cook various indian dishes. I am communicative person and love to gossip on weekends if there is time to do so.
I can pay total rent including utility till 500 € per month. I can speak English, intermediate german, hindi and gujarati. I love to maintain flate neat and clean. That is all from my side to live for 9 month in Mannheim.
