The apartment is situated in the student accommodation at Wissenschaftspark, near the Westerberg campus.

It's a single apartment, so kitchen and bathroom are private. It has a kitchenette with two hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, and microwave.
The bathroom has a tiled, floor-level shower and a toilet, and floor heating. The room is furnished with a fitted wardrobe, bookcase, desk, bed, eating table and chairs. The bed is extendable from single to double.
There is wireless Internet access, satellite box, and intercom.
There are three shared common rooms in the building, one on each floor. The building has a covered parking space for cars (there is an extra charge for this), and free space for bikes. There's also a garden with some chairs and a table-tennis table.

Rent is 326.93€ with bills included, and the room is about 25 m2. The apartment is available from August 1st.
The apartment came unfurnished, but I'm looking preferentially for someone who would need to take over the furniture for a fee.
