My name is Asia and I have been living in my 1,5 room apartment over 3 years. I would like to sublet it from 10.12. - 30.04. (with possibility of extension).
The apartment is located centrally on ground floor or a 2-floor multifamily house. It is 45m2 big with a terrace, access to big shared garden and beautiful view to the lake Krampnitzsee and Königswald through big windows. Your neighbours will be one retired lady and two famiies living above you.
The apartment consists of one living-sleeping room, a working-dressing-kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. the kitchen is fully furnished with a lot of storage place. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The living-sleeping room has a couch to sleep and 2 small furniture.
The floor is wooden parquet and windows are also from wood. The apartment is quiet and suits very well for work-from-home, remote work (Internet is available), detox from loud cities and/or connection with surrounding nature.
A 8-9 minute walk will bring you to the Bus Stop Bassewitz that is connected with Campus Jungfernsee or Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. In 40 mins you will reach by public transport the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.
My family and friends were saying that this is place to live is where others make vacation :-)
