The apartment is located in the rear building of a residential building.

The apartment is located in the basement and has a large window to the east.

It is rented furnished. This includes:

- Single kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, upper and lower cabinet, refrigerator with freezer compartment

- Bed frame 90cm, with mattress

- Wardrobe

- Desk with desk chair

For additional storage space - shelf (light brown)


A private bathroom is located separately in the hallway (shower, sink, toilet).

Due to the fact that the bathroom is not located directly in the room, I never had mold problems or the like.

In summer I am always happy about the east orientation, which saves me the burning southwest sun. Due to its built-in location in the Soutterain, it also remains relatively cool in summer. In winter, the apartment does not cool down and is quickly pleasantly heated.

The environment is quite quiet. Even at night, you can hear virtually no street noise.

You just have to walk across the street to the OTH Campus.

I need about 5 minutes to the canteen of the OTH.

I can reach the train station in 15 minutes.

The building is within walking distance 2-3 minutes from the bus stops "OTH Regensburg" and "Oberer Katholischer Friedhof" (line 11, C1, X4), from the stop "Bruder-Konrad-Straße" (line 10) 7 min away. Line 11 goes directly to the city center.
